SKY KENNELS LIMITED TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

FOR PET TRANSPORT ACCESSORIES:

The terms and conditions set out in these three pages form the contract between the customer and SKY KENNELS Limited.

It is important that you read them carefully.

Alternative terms and conditions can apply if agreed with us in writing before we commence the services. 

For the purposes of this contract the following words shall have the following meanings:

We, Us, Our: means Sky Kennels Ltd;

You, Your: means the customer or their agent or representative;

Services: means any services We carry out on your behalf in respect of the transportation and export of your pet.

1. Our price is based on the information provided by You at the time of quotation. We reserve the right to amend the price if that information is subsequently found to be incorrect or inaccurate including but not limited to, pet measurements or the condition of your pet travel carriers that you request.

Please note, airlines will refuse to accept non-compliant travel carriers. Replacement travel carriers and any increased freight and handling costs incurred in changing the non-compliant travel carrier to a compliant travel carrier must be paid before pet travel kennel is provided.

2. Our price is valid for 30 days from the date it is issued to You. The price is based on the prevailing rates and tariffs and maybe subject to change without notice. Our price may change due to, but not limited to, the following circumstances, increases made by third parties, exchange rate fluctuations, or if the rate or requirement is changed, or cancelled through no fault of Ours.

3. All purchases are subject to:

a)   Stock availability

b)   Delivery purchased through ourselves, or a third party.

4. It is agreed that We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage during delivery, if arranged via a third party. Therefore, We limit our liability to a fixed sum per item. The amount of risk We accept under this agreement is reflected in our price for the Services. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, if we are negligent or in breach of contract We will replace the item damaged.

5. We will not be liable for the mortality of pets travelling in any sky kennel provided by us. All pets should be examined by a qualified vet prior to any travel.

6. We will not be liable for any loss, costs or expenses’ resulting from missed flights due to the airlines refusal of pet travel carriers.

7. We reserve the right to postpone/cancel any shipment such times until full payment is made.

8. Payment will be taken in one payment at time of purchase.

9. Whilst every endeavour is made to fulfil our obligations, we cannot be responsible for vehicle breakdown, traffic delays or congestion, or any circumstances outside our reasonable control. 

10. We reserve the right to levy an additional administration fee for any amendments to confirmed purchases requested by You.

11. We reserve the right to use any photos taken by Us, or testimonials provided by You on Our website, marketing materials and social media platforms. Whilst We like to use pet names, We will not use Your surname, or actual location beyond an airport or region, i.e. Los Angeles, Hong Kong etc.

12. Except where it is expressly provided otherwise, no person who is not a party to this Agreement shall have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of this Agreement.

13. By signing the acceptance form and using Our Services You acknowledge that You have received, read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions and that these terms and conditions will apply to the Services We provide.



14. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, in advance of the services being provided, this contract is subject to English law and the jurisdiction of the English courts.
